If we take a historical look at Kashmir, we know that the area on which India today asserts its illegitimate right has in fact never been a part of it in any way. These were the nefarious intentions of the British and the Hindus to fulfill. Illegal changes were made in the Partition Act of India. Due to which India occupied this land. The piece of land with which India had no land connection and no resemblance. About 75% of the Muslims living in Kashmir. Religion, civilization, rituals were different from the Hindus. This was the basic reason why Muslims and Hindus could never be and cannot be one. They did not recognize any government after the end of Muslim rule. And even at the time of Partition, he was against annexation with India. But it is also important to mention the geographical location. It has rarely been controlled by the central government of the subcontinent in history. It is a perfect argument of any Muslim rulers. In the depths of spiritual, cultural, bloody, political, social and every relationship, Kashmir has no link with India.
When all these relations are not compatible with any nation, one wonders why it wants to occupy Kashmir by force.
Historically and culturally, Kashmir belongs to Pakistan!
It would be correct to call Kashmir a natural part of Pakistan because the heart and blood of the people living in Kashmir is connected with the Muslims of Pakistan. One history, one civilization, one religion, one culture, The same society, the same spiritual mission, the same bloody relationship and even the glorious future of interconnected survival and development, Kashmir has its own dimension and is fully part of Pakistan in every aspect of its analysis. Pakistan is incomplete without Kashmir. Because the letter "K" of the word "Pakistan" refers to Kashmir. Before partition, every road leading to Kashmir passed through the territory of present-day Pakistan. The weather in Pakistan and Kashmir is the same, from where the flowing rivers flow towards Pakistan. And in this sense nature has linked it to Pakistan, Pakistan and Kashmir are one mountain, the grain grown in Kashmir first comes to the cities of Pakistan and then goes to India, the civilization of the people living on both sides, Religion and rituals are the same. The hearts of both peoples beat together and adhere to one ideology.
Legally Kashmir is not part of India:
Special Status, India's Occupation of Kashmir is Completely Illegal - Arguments by British Judge Alastair Lamb in his book (Kashmir A Displaced Legacy 1990-1846). The so-called attachment document is completely illegal. According to him, these are the reasons why the document is illegal.
1. The annexation was illegal, it can also be called a violation of the Agreement Still Stand which the State of Jammu and Kashmir made with Pakistan and this annexation was against the principle of Partition of India. we
2. The Maharaja was not able to sign the annexure document due to these reasons.
* The Maharaja had lost control of the state of Azad Kashmir to be formed on October 24.
