Is Kashmir part of India?

If we take a historical look at Kashmir, we know that the area on which India today asserts its illegitimate right has in fact never been a part of it in any way. And even at the time of Partition, he was against annexation with India.But it is also important to mention the geographical location. In the depths of spiritual, cultural, bloody, political, social and every relationship, Kashmir has no link with India.
